Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings made

with Globus SW Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By booking our

services, you ("the Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.

1.2 Globus SW Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time,

with any changes being effective immediately upon posting on our

website or notifying the Customer.


2. Bookings and Payment

2.1 All bookings must be made through the Company's official booking

channels, such as our website, a partner website, phone, or email.

2.2 A confirmed booking will only be considered valid once the Customer

has received written confirmation from the Company, including payment

of the required deposit, or full payment.

2.3 Full payment is required at least 2 days prior to the departure date

unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.4 Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card over a

phone.


3. Cancellations and Amendments

3.1 Cancellations made by the Customer must be submitted in writing.

The following charges apply:

More than 7 days before the departure date: 75% refund.Less than 7 days

before departure: No refund.

3.2 If the Customer wishes to amend the booking, changes will be

subject to availability and any additional charges that may apply.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of

unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, mechanical failure). In

such cases, the Company will provide a full refund or offer alternative

arrangements.


4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all passengers are at

the departure point on time. The Company will not be responsible for any

delays or missed transport due to the Customer's failure to meet this

requirement.

4.2 Passengers must adhere to all instructions provided by the driver,

including safety and conduct rules.

4.3 The Customer agrees to ensure all passengers behave responsibly

and respectfully while on board. The Company reserves the right to

remove any passenger who behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.


5. Luggage and Personal Items

5.1 Luggage is limited to 2 pieces per passenger. Oversized or additional

luggage may be subject to an extra charge or refusal of transport.

5.2 The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to

personal belongings during travel. It is advised that the Customer and

passengers take appropriate precautions with their belongings.


6. Delays and Liability

6.1 The Company will make every effort to adhere to the scheduled

departure and arrival times. However, the Company is not liable for any

delays caused by factors outside its control ( e.g., traffic, road closures,

weather conditions).

6.2 The Company's liability is limited to the cost of the booking. The

Company will not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or

incidental loss or damage.


7. Insurance

7.1 The Company maintains adequate motor, breakdown and public

liability insurance for its services. However, the Customer is strongly

advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance to cover potential

cancellations, delays, or personal injury.


8. Special Requests and Accessibility

8.1 If any passengers require special assistance (e.g., mobility aids,

dietary restrictions), the Customer must notify the Company at least 2

days prior to travel. The Company will make reasonable efforts to

accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability.


9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting

your personal data. Personal details provided during booking will be used

solely for the purpose of providing the agreed transport services. For

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in

accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through

mediation or, if necessary, through the courts of England and Wales.
